The Explorer Scout Young Leaders' Scheme
Explorer Scout Young Leaders (ESYLs) are Explorer Scouts who volunteer alongside adult leaders in a Beaver Colony, Cub Pack or Scout Troop. The Explorer Scout Young Leaders' Scheme is the training programme for ESYLs. It contains 11 modules and four missions for ESYLs to work through while volunteering in their chosen section.
Young Leaders can complete their Missions or Modules online and take on leadership roles to help run Scouts at home.
