Overview of the role

Lincolnshire Scouts are looking for an inspiring and motivated volunteer with management experience who wants to make a positive impact within their community as County Commissioner, leading and directing Scouting in Lincolnshire County. Key attributes needed include good interpersonal skills, confidence to make changes and the ability to encourage, lead and inspire others.  

Do you, or someone you know, have management and leadership experience, excellent inter-personal skills and the ability to motivate, engage and lead a team? Are you able to support scouting to develop digitally and face to face, with a vision and new ideas for the safe return of scouting?

The successful candidates will be responsible for taking Lincolnshire Scouts forward as a growing organisation relevant to young people and adults alike. Our current youth membership in the County is over 5678 young people supported by 2550 adults.
