This event is designed for adult Scout volunteers in the UK, but members of other National Scout Organisations (and anyone interested in volunteering with Scouts) are welcome too.

I’ll post and engage in the event using my name only

I will not engage in hate speech, including but not limited to sexist, homophobic, or racist behaviour, or anything which may reasonably be interpreted as such
I will not use this event to promote external products, services, or organisations unless I have obtained permission from an Event Official to do this. (Promoting scouting services or official Scouts partnerships is acceptable)
I acknowledge that Event Officials reserve the right to remove any of my posts or other activity, including ceasing my engagement in any session, at any time and without prior notification. (This will be proportionate to the nature of the activity and will serve to ensure that the event remains relevant and accessible to participants)
If I am given a warning by an Event Official about my conduct I will respect their right to instruct me regarding appropriate event behaviour
