Tom Milson
In this newly created role, Tom will be working on projects to bring the benefits of Scouts to even more young people, and especially to those who would benefit most. In doing so, he’s keen to make sure The Scouts is open to all, reflecting the diversity of the UK.
Tom has been involved in The Scouts since he was a Beaver. For the past ten years, he’s held a variety of roles including Gang Show Producer and District Scout Leader, and he currently volunteers as an Assistant Cub Scout Leader.
Outside Scouts, Tom is the Headteacher of a special school and regularly speaks at universities on the topic of special educational needs and inclusion.
