Responsible to: Service Delivery Manager
Base location: Gilwell Park, Chingford, London (Office based)
Salary: £26,697 per annum Band C (Inclusive of Outer London Weighting)
Hours: 35 hours per week
A bit about the role of Service Desk Technician
You will help in the delivery of excellent end user support services to The Scout Association (TSA) staff and national adult volunteers, including outside of core business hours when necessary.
You will work to support IT service management and operational processes to ensure the availability and reliability of IT services in line with business requirements. In addition, you will enhance IT Service Management capability – resources, processes, and tools.
Your primary goal is to assist staff in resolving hardware and software issues and to provide excellent customer service.
