Will you be our next Senior Change Manager?

Responsible to: Head of Portfolio Delivery and Change

Department: Chief of Staff

Base Location: Gilwell Park, Chingford, London (with remote/hybrid working)

Term: Permanent

Salary: £43,890 Band G, Level 3, inclusive of outer London weighting

Hours: 35 hours per week

Line Management Responsibility: Change Managers

The successful candidate will join our Chief of Staff team at an exciting time in its development. The change management team are a new function which is needed to deliver on our Skills for Life strategy, working alongside our established Project Management Office and with project teams delivering major projects and programmes of work. So it's an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to build an approach, whilst testing and refining it in action!

You'll be joining a supportive and inclusive team which is at the heart of delivering transformational change. We have a relentless focus on delivering a better and richer experience for all involved in the Scouts at this pivotal point in our history.
