Membership Systems Manager

We are looking for a Membership System Manager to join our Member Operation team.

The purpose of this role is to spend time listening to users, understanding their needs and requirements, working with the Product Manager to translate these into user stories and communicate these for implementation for our Scouts digital systems, initially the membership and disclosure processing systems.

You will work with the subject matter experts and Transformation team to incorporate feature requests into the product roadmap, prioritize the backlog, and develop user stories and user acceptance criteria.

We’re looking for an experienced Membership Systems Manager who can manage multiple projects, stakeholders, suppliers and internal staff both permanent and contractors. Someone who enjoys working at a fast pace and problem solving in a complex organisation to support our members.
