We’re Scouts and everyone’s welcome here - all genders, races and backgrounds. Right across the UK, we help over 400,000 young people aged 4-25 gain skills for life and find their place in the world. We help them speak up, play their part and shine bright. We have an exciting opportunity for a Growth Development Officer to join our team home based but you must be able to work regularly in the City of Nottingham.
The Regional Services Team are on the team on ground supporting people delivering scouting every day. We’re running some exciting volunteer recruitment sessions which are always being developed. You will lead your own projects and project management, and have ownership from start to finish, supporting volunteers to open new groups and experience young people and adults engaging in scouting for the first time.
