Base location: Youlbury, Boars Hill, OX1 5HD
Term: Permanent
Salary: £32,705 per annum, Band D, Level 3, inclusive of a market supplement
Hours: 35 Hours per week
Line management responsibility: N/A
A bit about the role
Safety is at the forefront of what we do. Our department is hard working, agile and supportive all underwritten by working as one team to ensure the day-to-day operation and compliance of the estate across the TSA group can operate smoothly. We are at a crucial stage to further increase support and assurance across our centres to ensure the facilities are ready for use and up kept to the highest possible standards.
No two days are the same, each day will present a different job and challenge for you overcome, further enhancing your skill set and knowledge. From fencing, to plumbing all the way through to carpentry and decorating.
You will be part of a team of highly skilled and versatile multi-skilled technicians who will work with you and advise you on how best to overcome an issue based on their extensive site and industry knowledge. There will be a big opportunity to complete training. You will see first-hand how the work you lead on enables the young people visiting our sites to have life changing adventure.
