Programme Delivery Executive (Early Years)
Core Purpose
The purpose of this role is to support the opening of new Scouting provision for 4 and 5 year olds and their families from areas of multiple deprivation, and Black and Minority Ethnic communities.
Research suggests that the earlier a young person accesses non-formal education, the more positive the impact on their prospects. We are extending our Scouting programme to include 4 and 5 year olds in a new section called Squirrels across the UK. Further details on Squirrel Scouts.
