Cost and Payment
To allow for as much flexibility as possible we are offering two Moot packages for participants to Kenya and similar packages for members of the IST. All fees issued are a no-more-than fee and will not rise.NB. You do not need to make a binding commitment on options at the registration stage. You will simply be asked to express a preference to aid with the planning of the event.
Option A
Participants: £1000
IST: £900
Option A is the no frills option. It includes: the pre Moot gathering in Kenya, the Moot itself, travel insurance, the Contingent kit package and two Contingent gatherings in the UK. It does not include flights to and from Kenya.
This option allows for greater flexibility, it enables people to travel upon their own initiative and plan to attend the Moot as part of a larger international experience. Chose this option and you will be given a rendezvous point in Kenya and be told to join the rest of the Contingent at this place and time. You will have the option of joining the post Moot activities offered to all contingent members.

Option B
Participants: £1800
IST: £1700
Option B is the full works package. It includes all of Option A plus return flights to Kenya and transfers from the airport to the rendezvous point at the start of the event.
This option does not give the same flexibility as option A. Flight dates and times will have to be selected in advance. Those choosing option B will either return to the UK imediately after the Moot, or purchase one of a number of Post Moot packages and fly home afterwards. An additional cost will be charged for these. However, this option provides greater support for those who do not have significant international travel experience, or have less time available to plan their trip

Points to note
- More details of the fee and payment schedule will be issued in the coming weeks
- No payment is required upon initial registration, but a deposit of £100 will be requested shortly after your place is offered. This will secure you place.
- None of the fees published here will rise. However, the IST fee may fall as they need to arrive in Rowallan by 24th July and may not be able to join the rest of the Contingent for the pre-Event experience. Clarification of this is being sort.
- All money for members of the UK Contingent should be paid to the UK Contingents Office at: The Scout Association, Gilwell Park, Chingford, London, E4 7QW. and not to the event organisers. Details of how to pay will be published with the payment schedule
