Rule 4.57 The Queen's Scout Award
a. The Queen’s Scout Award is the highest training Award available to young people. It is possible for both Explorer Scoutsand Scout Network Members to achieve this award.
b. The young person must complete the appropriate card in the Explorer Scout Membership Pack or Scout Network Membership Pack. This must be countersigned by an appropriate Commissioner.
c. The completed card is sent to Headquarters who will dispatch the appropriate emblems and badges to the County Commissioner or their nominee for presentation.
