Physical Recreation

It is important that Unit members have the opportunity to develop interests in specific physical pursuits, either as individuals or as part of a team.

They need to be able to protect and improve their own health and accept their physical capabilities and attributes.

Benefits

By participating in activities from the Physical Recreation Zone, Unit members will:

  • find out ways to enjoy keeping fit
  • improve their personal fitness levels
  • get a sense of achievement by completing physical activities
  • try new activities
  • increase awareness of health-related issues.
