Sport Relief prize draw terms and conditions
1. Prize draw
a) The prize draw will consist of entries informing The Marketing Department at The Scout Association of an event for Sport Relief 2010. The details must include date of event, name of Scout Group and the event details.
b) The prize will be donated by The California Prune Board.
c) The prize winner will be chosen at random by The Marketing Department of The Scout Association.
d) Entries can be submitted from Friday 26 February at 0:01 hours until the closing date of midnight Monday 15 March.

a) There is one prize consisting of £100 worth of vouchers to spend on items available at www.daviessports.co.uk donated by The California Prune Board.
b) The prize money can only be awarded to a Scout Leader and must be spent on behalf of the Scout Group taking part in the event.
c) There are no cash alternatives.
3. Entry
a) Entry into this competition is based upon emailing the Scouts Sport Relief Team and informing us of your Sport Relief 2010 event.
4. Entry restrictions
a) The prize draw is restricted to one entry per Scout Group. If two entries are submitted from the same Scout Group only the first entry made will count. The winner will be checked after the draw and if any multiple entries are received then only the first entry will be considered valid.
b) Entrants must be at least 18 years old.
c) Prize draw is not open to employees and their immediate families, its agents or anyone professionally connected with The Scout Association.

5. Closing date
The closing date for the prize draw is midnight Monday 15 March 2010.
6. Winner
a) The winning person/s will be notified by email by Friday 26 March and they will be notified about how they can claim vouchers.
b) The winner’s name/s will be available on scouts.org.uk from Tuesday 1 April 2010 and/or Scouting Magazine June/July 2010.
c) The Scout Association reserves the right to use the winner’s name and photo in any publicity relating to Sport Relief and this prize draw.
8. Data Protection Act
All data collected will be stored and used on accordance with The Data Protection Act 1998.
9. Promoter
The promoter is The Scout Association of Gilwell Park, Chingford, London E4 7QW.
