Roverway 2009
Roverway is a European Scouting and Guiding event for Scouts and Guides aged between 16 and 22. It will be the largest overseas event of the year.Now is the time to register for the event. Transfers to and from the airport will be covered by the UK fee between 28th and 31st July

UK Contingent - What Next?
There are now less than three months before Roverway begins. Here are some of the things you need to do in that time.- Finalise Teams: If you did not register as a complete team the Contingent Leaders will contact you in the next two weeks to put you in touch with others in the same position.
- Register online: Once you have your team you need to register with the organisers in Iceland. To do this, click here. On page two you can select pre and post event tours and sccomodation. We advise all UK participants to select the flybus in both directions between Keflavik (airport) and Reykjavik city centre.
- Select your journey: Once you have registered online, you will need to tell the organisers which journey you wish to follow. For more details about the routes available, click here.
- Book Flights: Now is the time to book your flights, do not wait. Participants and IST will need to arrive by 19th July and depart no earlier than the evening of 28th. More information about travel is available here.
- Payments: If you have not paid already, the first payment in due now. The second instalment is due by the end of the month. view payment information.
