Rule 9.3 InTouch

a. For all Scouting activities each party must implement an ‘InTouch system.

Note: All Rules regarding InTouch are for
implementation by Districts (and Counties) by 1st September 2010. During this time, where InTouch has not yet been implemented locally, reference should be made to the Home Contact Rules in the September 2008 version of POR.
