Campaign Team
We’re looking for 10 young people to provide input into our first ever campaign plan. The team will work in partnership with members of staff and volunteers from the Scout Association to play a vital role in the Movement’s first ever public campaign.
As the campaign progresses members of the team will become involved infollow-up meetings and telephone conferences over the lifetime of the campaign.
CEO shadowing
We’re looking for two young people to work alongside our Chief Executive, Derek Twine CBE, for a day. This will involve attending meetings, working with directors and meeting senior volunteers.
You should be aged 14-18 and be able to attend Gilwell Park, London, from 8pm Thursday 22 until 4.30pm on Friday 23 November.
To apply, email your applications for the Campaign Team and for CEO Shadowing. Tell us your name, age, where you come from, a contact phone number and why you’d like to be involved.
If you are successful in your application we will email/phone you by Monday 19 November.

As a large national charity, The Scout Association has a number of working groups and committees that manage and develop different areas of our work. Most of the members of these groups are volunteers involved with delivering Scouting at a local level – people just like you!
Every year, The Scout Association looks for young people to become members of these groups. The only qualifications that you’ll need are enthusiasm and a wish to steer Scouting into its second century.
As a young person in Scouting you know firsthand what we can do to support our youth members and you probably have a good idea of what help our adults need too. Being on one of these groups can be hard work at times, but you’ll definitely meet some interesting people and gain some useful skills and experience.
So if you’re under 25 and up for the challenge of helping shape the future of Scouting, check out the adverts below:
