By RGD on 02/08/2009 20:32 A very poorly disguised bit of publicity grabbing I'm afraid. You can do this once as a novelty, doing it every year is just tacky.

By Steve Clayton on 03/08/2009 10:46 I've known Jenson since he was 8 years old and he thoroughly deserves his Motor Sports badge, well done!

By Hannah on 04/08/2009 11:13 I think we should get them to join Scouting, because they cant get badges without being in the movemeent, and i just think that it would be very good to have them as lead people in our movements, because they help to show what Scouting's all about, and it will just do wonders for our Movement, has anyone approached them? If they were that thrilled to be given the badge, then they should be thrilled enough to become a member, and earn more badges ;) xx
Just a thought eh.....
Hannah, 12 (: xx

By Bob Dove on 08/08/2009 09:49 Great idea...May I suggest (possibly not the first to do so!) that a Scouting badge (or something) be instituted for all sections for help for 'Help for Heroes.' It is something young people will identify with and 'do their best.' Phil Packer badge/award?
