The Scout Shops Buying Department is responsible for cost effectively sourcing a comprehensive range of Scouts merchandise, including uniforms, souvenirs, camping equipment and outdoor clothing to meet the needs of Scouts both within the UK and globally.

Starting salary non negotiable at £22,064 including outer London weighting. This represents Level 1 of Band D you will have the possibility to increase on an annual incremental basis by 1 level (subject to satisfactory performance), to a maximum of Level 5 £25,647.

Starting salary non negotiable at £34,034 per annum. This represents Level 1 of Band G you will have the possibility to increase on an annual incremental basis by 1 level (subject to satisfactory performance), to a maximum of Level 5 £40,040.

You will take responsibility for the management and delivery of our Regional Development Service, working with staff, adult leaders, and other volunteers across the region to promote the growth of the Scouting movement through a wide range of projects, initiatives and events.

Regional Development Officer (Oxfordshire) Ref: 11/064

Starting salary non negotiable at £23,226 per annum which represents Level 1 of Band E. You will have the possibility to increase on an annual incremental basis by 1 level (subject to satisfactory performance), to a maximum of Level 4 £26,300 per annum.
This is a 3 year fixed term contract.
A full driving licence is required for this role.
You will need a car that is suitably insured and that you are able to use for work. Mileage will be paid to cover expenses.
