Healthy Eating
The Eat in Colour campaign is all about enjoying great tasting fruit and vegetables. Eating lots of delicious fruit and vegetables is the quick, easy and tasty way to make sure you and your family have a healthy diet, and they bring loads of colour to your plate and lunchbox.Eating in Colour and having five or more portions of fruit or vegetables every day will help make sure you get all the vitamins, minerals and fibre you need to keep fit and strong and full of energy so you can do your best at home and at school, on the sports pitch and at Beavers.
The Eat in Colour team work tirelessly to provide tips and advice, tasty recipes and fun ideas for serving fruits and vegetables which are so easy even your parents can do it. Why not visit www.eatincolour.com to discover tons of information?

COMPETITION: We want your Healthy Eating recipes!
Beavers across the country are learning more about how to enjoy a balanced diet and having fun in the process, thanks to the new Eat in Colour Healthy Eating badge. Perhaps some Beavers have even been inspired to invent their own healthy fruit and veg recipes or they’ve rediscovered an old favourite?
If so, we would love to see them – whether it’s a special salad or the perfect pepper pizza, a fantastic sandwich combination or a super soup. The more unusual and exciting the better, so if your colony like to mix bananas and broccoli, go ahead!
We would also love to see your photos, pictures and drawings of beavers in your colony getting their Eat in Colour Healthy Eating badges.
