Responsible to: Adventure Experience Manager - Hawkhirst

Department: Scouts Adventures

Base location: Hawkhirst Scouts Adventures - Plashetts, Hexham NE48 1QZ

Term: Fixed term contract (6 months)

Salary: £29,537.60 per annum (pro-rata) , Band C, Level 3

Hours: 40 hours per week include some weekends where required

Line management responsibility: N/A

A bit about the role

As a Scout Adventure seasonal cook, you will be providing delicious and nourishing meals that contribute to the overall enjoyment of their time at Hawkhirst. You will also be joining our great team of over 30 international staff and volunteers who provide memorable experiences for our young people.

The role will include all aspects of food preparation, food service, kitchen hygiene and other duties associated with the running of the kitchen and food service operation.

This job will challenge your organisation and give you the opportunity to adapt your skills in all ways by providing menus to suit all.
